Shilajit (Asphaltum) in Sanskrit language, means "conqueror of mountains”. Shilajit (Asphaltum punjabinum) known as Shilajitu in Ayurveda is a kind of resin that trickles down from the Himalayan Mountains and is mostly found in Afganistan.
